‘Do me one favor: take a few steps back and look at yourself. Matter of fact, take yourself outside your body and then look at yourself.’

Right now, I feel at peace.
The progression of time doesn’t feel real.
As if everything were one and the separation into days does not matter.
Working with what presents itself has been at the center of my attention.
Seeing things as they are.
Not as I would like them to be, hope they were, or remember them.
How to simplify working with what presents itself:
Pause, disengage for a moment before reacting.
There are infinite ways of looking at one thing – examine different ways before judging.
Remind myself more often to listen, especially to what I am not busy with.
Listen to everything around me, listen to myself.
Decide intuitively what to engage with and how to react.

Things may work out when I want them to work out.
Things will work out when I don’t want them to work out.
Let them be what they want to be.
Every time an apparent dead end appears:
Listen and decompose until there is one simple step to take.
It can feel too easy – get used to it.
Don’t leap steps.
Avoid thinking about what is more than one step ahead.
Forcefully trying to accelerate does not work.
A main reason for dissatisfaction is impatience.
Keep moving without fear.
The meaning of steps may reveal itself only after I take them.

I do need research and new input occasionally.
It is about limiting, not eliminating.
About knowing when to stop.
About keeping my mind pure and unbiased.
Thorough research kills my curiosity.
When I let a barrier exist around me, everything outside of it can become part of my own world.
When it rains after an action that felt meaningful, the seed that was planted is being watered.
When I expect something to happen, it often feels like nothing is happening.
Nothing is happening reveals the unnoticed.
Everything I see outside of me is a reflection of the state within me.
When the inside changes, the reflection does, too.

What is this about?
It is best if you find out on your own.
